Jamaican Farmer Won $2.2M In Izizzi Jackpot

A St Thomas poultry farmer who struggled to keep his small business afloat due to a lack of capital and resources, had his fortunes changed dramatically when he won the largest Izizzi Greek Gods Jackpot prize of $2.2 million.

Though initially hesitant due to his unfamiliarity with the game, the newly-minted millionaire took a chance with Izizzi, which led to a life-changing success.

Recounting how he and his friend had spent the day playing bar game boxes, only to face disappointment, the winner said he was disheartened and decided to call it quits. Another attempt saw him losing an additional $7,000 as he ventured to yet another bar in the parish. Now, with only $500 left in his pocket, the man said he decided to try his luck a third time. Turns out, as the age-old adage goes, ‘third time’s the charm.’

“I saw a vehicle going near another bar, so I took it and walked the rest of the journey to the bar. At this time, I had $500 left from the money I took from my poultry business. The Izizzi VLT was being played at this bar, so I took the money and began to bet $15 for each game,” he shared. “On the fourth try, I saw five icons representing a king, and then I saw a jackpot on the screen. I thought it was a demo, so I asked someone playing beside me what it meant, and he told me I won the jackpot of $2 million.”

Overwhelmed, he said he found himself wandering around the bar in a daze.

“It wasn’t until I was instructed to cash out the ticket that reality began to sink in, with a representative coming over to assist me,” he continued.

Reflecting on his past experiences, the poultry farmer said that he usually preferred playing American Roulette and was initially reluctant to explore the Greek Gods Game. He had even advised the retailer to stick with the other traditional boxes he was familiar with rather than the Izizzi VLTs.

“I’m thankful that the retailer didn’t listen to me. Instead, she encouraged me to try Izizzi. It was my first time playing Greek Gods. I was unsure what to do and kept pressing the spin button, and now I am a millionaire,” said the poultry farmer.
