Jamaican Chef Noel Cunningham for Toronto Food & Drink Fest

Multi-awarded chef and culinary personality Noel Cunningham, an acclaimed chef from Kingston, is bringing a taste of Jamaica to the Toronto Food and Drink Fest 2024, showcasing the country’s rich and diverse cuisine presented by Sunwing Vacations and the Jamaica Tourist Board, which will take place at the Metro Convention Centre, Downtown Toronto, April 5-7.

The festival is a three-day festival in Toronto that celebrates everything from delicious cuisine to innovative cocktails, the city’s best chefs, restaurants, wines, breweries, and live music. The Chef’s Stage is the heart of the festival, where attendees can watch the best local and celebrity chefs create exquisite meals live onstage. The festival promises to be an unforgettable event, with a line-up of magical gastronomy experiences and an incredible atmosphere.

As Toronto embraces and celebrates its multicultural heritage, Chef Noel Cunningham plays a vital role in showcasing the diverse culinary traditions contributing to the city’s vibrant food scene. Cunningham’s skills will be on display all weekend as he is set to kick-start the chef stage on Friday, April 5 at 4:00 p.m. with his hand-crafted ackee and salt fish croquettes, a take on the national dish, during the special preview for the food & drink industry, media and VIP hour. He will also appear on Saturday, April 6 and Sunday, April 7 at 7:00 p.m. and will be closing the chef stage at 4:00 pm.
