Daryl Vaz Mourning Passing Of Mother

Transport Minister Daryl Vaz is mourning the passing of his mother.
Sonia Vaz died on Sunday morning after ailing for sometime.
The Transport Operators Development Sustainable Services (TODSS) expressed condolences to the minister and his family.
“TODSS and its associate members, groups and stakeholders express deepest condolences to Minister Vaz and his family, friends and colleagues on the passing of his mother this morning. We pray for strength and courage for you and your family at this time of grief,” the statement read.
The Puerto Rico-born Sonia Vaz was the former wife of Daryl’s father, former Government minister Douglas Vaz.
Douglas Vaz, a four-term Jamaica Labour Party Member of Parliament, died in 2019.
