Jamaica’s Candice McLeod clocked a season’s best 50.19 seconds for a fourth place finish in the women’s 400m at the Silesia Diamond League on Sunday.
The 400m was won in a meet record and personal best (PB) of 49.48 by Poland’s Natalia Kaczmarek.
She was followed by Lieke Klaver of the Netherlands (49.81/PB) and race favourite Marileidy Paulino of the Dominican Republic (50.00).
